These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ColorPicker and related One Dollar App websites, support pages, and services. By using ColorPicker, you agree to these terms.
Use of the app
ColorPicker is provided to help you sample, format, save, and share color values. You are responsible for deciding whether a sampled color is suitable for your own project, design, print, manufacturing, or accessibility requirements.
Purchases and premium features
ColorPicker may offer paid features, upgrades, or purchase restoration through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Store purchases are handled by the relevant platform and may also use RevenueCat to manage entitlement status inside the app. Refunds, billing issues, and purchase history are governed by the rules of the store where you made the purchase.
Camera, photo, and color results
The app can sample colors from your camera or selected photos when you choose to use those features. Color results can vary because of device cameras, lighting, display calibration, file compression, and platform processing. ColorPicker does not guarantee exact physical, print, paint, or manufacturing color matches.
Your content
You remain responsible for photos, color names, exported emails, copied links, and other content you create or share through the app. Do not use the app to process or share content that you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the app or related services.
- Do not use ColorPicker in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
- Do not rely on ColorPicker as the sole source for safety-critical, medical, legal, engineering, or regulated decisions.
Intellectual property
ColorPicker, the One Dollar App name, app design, software, text, icons, and related materials are owned by One Dollar App or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of the app or website materials.
Third-party services
ColorPicker may use third-party services such as Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase, and Google Mobile Ads. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Disclaimer
ColorPicker is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Dollar App disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Dollar App will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of ColorPicker.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of ColorPicker after changes means you accept the updated terms.
